Phone Security Check

If you see profiles you don't recognize (especially ones not from your employer), they may be enabling surveillance. MDM profiles can silently install apps, track location, and read messages.

Check for any apps with device administrator privileges that you don't recognize. Unknown admin apps are a major red flag.

Stalkerware often requires accessibility permissions to monitor your activity. Review each enabled service.

Take screenshots of anything suspicious. You may need this as evidence.
